Add AND operator for filtering (not only OR)

Today, in filters the WITH selector is in a OR mode (if two tags are selected, your selection list will include results containing the first OR the second tag). I suggest to add a AND mode, to allow results containing the first AND the second tag.

Le filtre quand on selectionne 2 tags semble fonctionner en OU voire confusant.. 
Pas clair.. 
et comment le faire fonctionner en ET
Les 2 usages sont intéressants et doivent coexister clairement
