I tried https://www.pokedhq.com/blog/how-to-delete-a-linkedin-article and the image in Step 4 is out-of-date. There is no "Publishing menu" selection available in my widow. A "Manage" button is not shown in your image. Selecting that button provides a "Published" selection that works.
