Use case: When sending a mass message and using a template, the system currently allows for edits to personalize each individual message from the pre-assigned template. It would be helpful if the contact details that appear in the window pane on right side of viewer allows the user to look at messages to re-familiarize themselves with previous conversations to incorporate into the new message. Without this functionality, the user has to open up a new tab on the browser to search for any messages for that contact using Linkedin or Poked. This can be a time consuming process.
